J-" Im chewing gum. Do you like my gum? (proudly shows Kaila and I the white-chewy glob in his mouth he's chewing on.)"

Me- " Where did you get that J? Did you get that from mommy's purse?"

J- "No."

Me-"Where did you get that?"

J- "It's just...an earplug!!" (Flashes a HUGE, proud grin that looks a tad bit guilty at the same time). 

Now I'm laughing but trying to be a bit scolding as well, knowing that he got it well-used from beside Ryan's side of the bed. 

Me- EEEEEEWWWWW!!! Josiah! That's so gross!! That's gross!"

J- "What? The earplug or cuz I farted?" (a terrible smell wafts around the room)
